2020年8月16日到31日，FX168点评旗舰店收到用户点评以及舆情监控评论共计203条，在这半个月内，日均增加点评数量近14条/天，彰显了一整个夏天的投资热度。其中，好评为154条，差评为13条。以下为本期半月报的用户点评信息整理。
一、差评情况
在此半月内收到的13条差评中，集中在出金相关问题有5条，客户服务相关的投诉，平台恶意操控导致客户订单获利损失的投诉以及点差的投诉各有1条，其它类型的投诉为5条。在其他类型的投诉中，主要涉及开设账户过程后入金或赠金等不能及时到账。以下是被投诉经纪商的差评数量展示：

ICM Capital：ICM Capital这里点差很大，我入金了100USD，当我要取出来时，他们说要我交易至少5手，否则我需要支付14USD，请远离！有很多好的其他经纪商。
Roboforex：尽管现在大家都拥有良好的互联网，但Roboforex还是有一系列的问题；包括在开设头寸期间短暂的来一个网络中断，再当它返还损益时，可能还会有巨大的波动。他们以某种方式限制了交易时段，我之前已经与另一家经纪人进行了交易，并获得了更快的执行和交易。 也许是因为Roboforex想回收本应属于用户的赠金。 我承认我自己在交易上也有错误和失误，但是目前Roboforex交易系统不是那么牢固和稳定，你会觉得自己在被后台操纵。提醒各位适当远离吧。
IG（停止服务大陆客户）：我想开一个含大量资本的真实帐户-在此之前我提出了一些问题，但只有一封电子邮件发回来，要求我回电。 我真的希望有人能通过电子邮件回答我的问题。 我没有听到任何消息-我认为他们对拥有新客户不感兴趣！ 现在，我也看了些这里的评论，只能说是不幸中的万幸了

有用户评价MIEX米汇：客观的说，虽然广告力度不大，但是还是挺实在的，点差很低，服务器也很稳定，最看重的还是银联即时出入金，我是早上申请出金的，下午查了银行账户已经到账了。关键是我老年人不怎么熟悉电脑，客服还特地打电话来教了一个多小时，必须表扬一下。

IG：I wanted to create a live account with quite a bit of capital - I had some questions and I have only had one email asking me to ring them back. I really wanted someone to answer my questions via email. I have not heard a thing - I think they are not interested in having new customers! Now, I have read all the comments here I think it is a blessing in disguise.
Roboforex：Despite having good internet their issues include brief network outtages during your open positions and when it returns back profit or loss sometimes would have been altered way too much. They somehow kind of throttle your trading session, I have traded with another broker before and gotten faster executions and transactions. Maybe it it because they want to drain back the bonus deposits they would have given you on account opening. I will admit I have made trading mistakes and errors but currently the roboforex trading system is not that solid and consistent, you get the feel that you are being manipulated inthe background. I would have given out my trading ID but for peace sake lets just leave it there. Stay away from them..
ICM Capital: Big spread, i deposited 100usd and when i wana withdraw they said i need to trade at least 5 lots if not i would need to pay 14usd, stay away! There are many good brokers out there!

Through this list, we found ACETOP, MIEX and BIBFX still stayed at TOP3 of the ranking. They are also highly active brokers on our review page in recent months. MIEX：
Frankly speaking, although MIEX's advertising are not strong, it is still quite attractive. The spread is very low and the server is very stable. The most important thing is the instant deposit and withdrawal of UnionPay. I applied for the withdrawal in the morning and checked the bank account in the afternoon, the money has been there already. The key is that I am not young enough to be familiar with computers, and the customer service called to teach me for more than an hour. I must praise.
FP Markets:
I have been trading since 2008 and have tried just about every broker on the market. I am pleased to be able to recommend FP Markets without reservation. We all have different aspects that matter to us. For me, it is the ability to deposit instantly and withdraw within a reasonable timeframe(24 hours or less). I have made numerous deposits and withdrawals all processed without serious issues and generally within my expected timeline. There have been one or two minor issues with funding/defunding operations but they have generally been practical problems and they have been very quick to let me know, and then work with me to find solutions.
Trade execution, spreads, commission and swaps are fair and tend to be in line with other brokers of a similar nature.
Overall a solid 5 stars from me..
Avatrade：
Short time user to Avatrade, but nonetheless I am very impressed with the broker so far and happy to be trading with them.
Trade execution is extremely fast and no lagging, with a very user friendly interface. The AvaGo app is one of my stand out features on this broker and so much better than the traditional MT4/5 options for monitoring on the go.
