2020年8月1日到15日，FX168点评旗舰店收到用户点评以及舆情监控评论共计156条，纵使在持续高温的8月上半月，这个数据已超过了7月下旬的点评总数。其中，好评为104条，差评为9条。以下为本期半月报的用户点评信息整理。
一、差评情况
在此半月内收到的9条差评中，集中在客户服务相关的投诉各有3条，平台恶意操控导致客户订单获利损失的投诉上有1条；出金相关问题有1条，其它类型的投诉为4条。在其他类型的投诉中，主要涉及开设账户过程中繁琐的验证流程以及入金或赠金到不能及时到账等问题。以下是被投诉经纪商的差评数量展示：

IG（停止服务大陆客户）：在IG开了一个xau/usd的交易。但我无法关闭这笔交易。我联系了客户支持却一无所获。交易仍然挂在那里。只有切换到直接帐户，你才能看到这笔未平仓交易。在MT4中甚至都看不到它。再三读了相应的客户文档，总体而言我认为这不够严谨，所以我已经把帐户给关了。
Windsor Brokers温莎经纪：我一直在申请他们的入金奖励，但是他们不断告诉我，我的帐户需要验证。即使他们之前给我发过一封电子邮件，上面确认我的帐户已通过了验证。这太坑了。。。

二、好评情况
8月1日至15日，收到好评的经纪商有：MIEX米汇，ACETOP领峰，BIBFX皇御环球，iGold领峰贵金属，avatrade，FXTM富拓，FP Markets，TeleTrade特理汇，Land FX，GKFX捷凯金融，FBS，兴业投资，杜高斯贝银行，Tickmill，ThinkMarkets智汇，RoboForex，IC Markets，EightCap澳洲易汇以及AxiTrader（按好评数量从多到少排序）。共计有19家经纪商在这半个月内收获到了用户的好评。
通过好评榜，我们看到MIEX米汇携上月新晋入驻旗舰店的势头，已连续三次领跑半月榜单，他们通过近期高密度的宣传与推广，获得了诸多关注及活跃度，ACETOP领峰和BIBFX皇御环球也以不俗的好评数据分列二三位。
有用户评价MIEX米汇：同时在几个平台开了户，想测试一下哪个平台比较好。MIEX是我觉得最满意的，首先这个平台点差很低，MT5从来没掉线。本人出过一次金，1天到的账。算是我用过的平台里最省心的一个。给你们个好评，别让大家失望。

-数据捆绑在VIP包中。到服务器不到1毫秒
-客户支持。与其他任何地方一样，您首先会得到很直率的答复，如建议您重新启动MT4或其他方式。但是，如果您深入研究并证实问题，他们会将其上报给相关部门，然后就会获得非常详尽的答案。

IG：Ig Bank Open a Trade in xauusd. I can't close this trade. I contact the customer service but nothing. The trade is still alive. You can see the open trade only if you choose the direct account of if. You don't see it in the meta trader. Or you check your paper statement. I think it is not serious. I close the account.
Windsor Brokers：I've been asking for their bonus deposit but they keep telling me my account needs to be verified even though they sent me an email confirming that my account has been verified. Stay away, they are full of poop.

Through this list, as a new member of flagship store, MIEX brought a lot of traffic and it has won the list again for this half month and now it's the constant 3rd time to lead this ranking. MIEX has gained a lot of attention and activity through recent high-density publicity and promotion. ACETOP and BIBFX also ranked second and third with good reviews data. It is also hoped that more and more brokers will appear on this list.

MIEX：
I have opened an account on several platforms at the same time and want to test which platform is better. MIEX is what I feel most satisfied with. First of all, the spread of this platform is very low, and MT5 has never dropped. I have paid out once, and the account arrived in 1 day. It is the most worry-free one of the platforms I have used. Give you a good comment, don't let everyone down.
Tickmill:
I'm only trading forex and my impression so far is very positive:
- spreads are extremely competitive. They might be wider around the rollover time, than some other brokers offer, but my night scalping strategies work just fine with rather chunky lots (3-5)
- slippage is reasonable: mostly occurs on a volatile markets and rarely large
- deposit is hassle-free
- commission. That's separate story: it's below the market average on a basic level account. It's halved on VIP. And cashback shaves off most of what's left
- VPS is bundled in the VIP package. It's less than 1ms away from the server and Beeks running the VPS know their job, best customer service I've ever dealt with
- Customer support. As anywhere else, you get the blunt uneducated reply first, suggesting you should restart your MT4 or something else. But if you dig a bit deeper and substantiate your claims, they escalate it to the relevant department and you get very sensible answer.
Overall: being in this industry for quite a while I found my experience with Tickmill very balanced, even through the recent rough patch.
Avatrade：
Because I've been in this business a long time myself. And I know that there are often some unforeseen events and moments, which to some extent push you out of your usual framework. So I was looking for a brokerage company, which allows me to get the conditions for quick adaptation and I found it here. There is a demo here so that you can try everything you are interested in. Here you can choose an appropriate trading terminal. The mobile application works well here. It has quality analytics. And here you can withdraw money when it's convenient for you.
