FX168财经报社(香港)讯 2020年7月1日到15日，FX168点评旗舰店收到用户点评以及舆情监控评论共计176条，其中，好评为160条，差评为14条。以下为本期半月报的用户点评信息整理。
一、差评情况
在此半月内收到的14条差评中，集中在平台恶意操控导致客户订单获利损失以及点差相关的投诉上，各有3条；出金相关的投诉1条；其它类型的投诉为7条。以下是被投诉经纪商的差评数量展示，总体而言，在这半个月内，差评未集中发生在某一家经纪商身上：

在过去30天里，用户未有对一个经纪商出现集中客诉，从一个侧面反映了这段时间内交易情况较前段时间而言趋于稳定，之前一系列大大小小的问题基本已得到了经纪商的妥善解决，未呈现爆发的情况：

Robo Forex：我一周前开设了标准帐户。我只交易WTI。标准帐户的平均点差为5-6点。.现在我的帐户100%盈利着，但我的点差为永久性的11-12点。认真的吗？？？不要再与这个经纪商交易了，对于他们，你还能期待什么？？
LMAX：他们的客户经理毫无作用。他甚至不知道公司实时更新的基本知识。当帐户中有钱时，他们会追着讨好你；当资金不足时，他们将不再回答您。
Pepperstone激石（取消中国办事处）：最后，我还是离开了PEPPERSTONE，总共在里面做了3个月。有个很好的开始，交易似乎正常执行，价格似乎也还可以。 然后我的账户在交易中突然被关闭了。 这个对我来说就接受不能了。从客服那里要回了我的资金，但这本不应该发生的，令人失望的经验。

通过好评榜，我们看到排行前三的是最近新晋加入点评旗舰店大家庭的三家经纪商（MIEX米汇，ACETOP领峰，BIBFX皇御环球），他们通过近期高密度的宣传与推广，获得了非常多的关注及活跃度。这从本质看也是相辅相成的一个最终结果，经纪商通过点评旗舰店的集中展示给更多网站用户。用户同样也会通过点评旗舰店的集中展示乃至比较了解到经纪商从而产生进一步的接触与探究。可以说当今用户越来越看重经纪商在市面上的口碑，也希望有更多的经纪商荣膺此份榜单。
有用户评价GKFX Prime：做外汇刚刚一年，之前也对这个不是很了解，通过朋友介绍来捷凯试试，出金什么的都还行。主要是客服，各种问题都能不厌其烦的解释，定期也有直播课程这点是非常好的。希望越做越好！。

Roboforex：Hi, I opened standart account week ago. I trade only WTI instrument. Average spread on standart account 5-6 pips.. Now my account is 100% in profit and my spreads are permanently 11-12 pips.. lol seriously? Do not trade with this poop broker central is connected to Russia, what more to expect .
LMAX：No use of account manager!He didnt even know basic things that the company update in meanwhile.When u have money in your account they will kiss your ass, when u have less money they will not answer you..
Pepperstone: In the end I moved away from this broker. Was with them for 3 months. good to start, trades seemed to execute properly and prices seemed ok. Then had my account closed out during trades. A big no, no for me.
Got money back from customer service at break even but should not be happening.
Disappointing experience.

2.Positive Reviews

GKFX Prime：
I have been trading foreign exchange for just a year, and I did not know much about this before. Try it through a friend's introduction to GKFX Prime. Anything with gold is fine. Mainly customer service, all kinds of problems can be tirelessly explained, and it is incredibly good to have online courses regularly. Hope it gets better!
HYCM：
Personally, I liked HYCM right away. It certainly doesn't mean that I started trusting it immediately and instantly opened an account here. At first I checked the brokerage, the reviews on the web about it were more positive than negative or neutral. Then I looked at the broker's trading conditions. And these conditions with positive reviews convinced me that it is worth trying what my trading with HYCM will be like. In general, I'm satisfied and will continue to trade with this brokerage, as it didn't give me reason to doubt it.
Dukascopy：
I am with this broker for 6 years. I have been improving myself by participating in this brokers contests. unfortunately they stopped most of the contests since 2020.
I am very satisfied with the broker because they always make their best to help. Never make problem. Withdrawing money takes almost a minute. You just should keep in mind that withdrawing money from trading account with open trade should be approved by human. if you have open trade, It may take up to 48 hours, especially if you do it on weekend. I find their commissions high but probably it is the cost for good service.
