FX168财经报社(香港)讯 2020年5月16日到31日，FX168点评旗舰店收到以及舆情监控用户点评共计119条，其中，好评为90条，差评为26条。以下为本期半月报的用户点评信息整理。
一、差评情况
在此期间收到的26条差评中，对平台恶意操控导致客户订单获利损失的投诉最多，有12条；跟出金有关的差评共计5条；客服投诉2条；滑点1条；其它类型的投诉为6条。以下是被投诉经纪商的差评数量展示：

在近30天里，用户对Admiral Markets Pty艾迪麦和嘉盛集团的投诉较为集中，30天内收到了9条和6条投诉，其中需指出的是，嘉盛集团的差评集中出现在5月上旬，下旬未有任何差评产生，而Admiral Markets Pty艾迪麦的9条差评较为平均地分布在一整个5月内：

关注我们半月报内容的读者也一定记得，Admiral Markets Pty艾迪麦从4月底原油闪崩后开始便客诉不断，主要集中在涉嫌后台操纵原油价格导致无法正常做现货原油交易，以及对老账户收取高掉期费用。虽然原油闪崩本身是历史性的偶发事件，但是经纪商在面临此类黑天鹅时的应对及处理不尽相同，很容易影响到自身的品牌形象，外加投资者本身对于经纪商后台操纵价格的行为就一直较为抵触，这也促使了对Admiral Markets Pty艾迪麦近一月来的差评持续产生。
部分差评内容：
Admiral Markets Pty艾迪麦：4月份时以20美元左右的价格买入WTI。 我已通过电子邮件向他们说明为什么到五月底的价格仍然在11美元左右（比其他平台低20美元）。 官方的答复是，他们已将其转换为2020年12月期货的合同，但这个事没有事先通知客户。在显而易见收到很多客户的投诉之后，他们突然发布了新的原油标的，价格超过30美元。由于Admiral Markets仍将WTI价格保持在12美元左右，因此在上面进行交易的客户仍然遭受掉期费用积累的困扰。
OctaFX：我当时在OctaFX进行欧美和镑美的交易，赚了1700美元，然后我登出了账号，等到我再次登录时，密码也不对，我要重置密码，然后我发现我的账户里多了2个标准手的白银单子，但不是我开的。我与OctaFX联系，说明发生了这种情况，他们说这一切是我自己操作的，这怎么可能呢？我要求OctaFX给我证明登录名或密码已更改的设备的证据，可他们却不能提供。

二、好评情况
5月16日至31日，收到好评的经纪商有：ACETOP领峰，BIBFX皇御环球，GKFX Prime，GKFX捷凯金融，IC Markets，Tickmill，TeleTrade特理汇，兴业投资，OANDA安达，FXTM富拓，FBS，杜高斯贝银行，Windsor Brokers温莎经纪，OctaFX，INFINOX英诺，IG（停止服务大陆客户），FxPro，FP Markets，Admiral Markets Pty艾迪麦（按好评数量从多到少排序），近半个月来用户对经纪商予以好评的理由，也集中在其是否具备一定历史口碑，以及出入金是否快速上。
随着越来越多的经纪商重视投资者的口碑所带来的影响，以及本月中旬FX168点评旗舰店也入驻了两个全新经纪商（ACETOP领峰以及BIBFX皇御环球分列好评第一，第二），综上总体5月下旬的好评数对比以往有了显著提升。
舆情方面，我们也看到投资者的好评覆盖到了更多的经纪商，此次进入好评排行榜的经纪商已达近20家，相信之后这样的现象也会成为一种常态。
有用户评价兴业投资：我挺佩这家公司的，它值得信赖。在交易中有一点是基本的就是你必须找一个靠谱的平台，因为你会去投入你的资金。问题在于，随着在线交易的普及，有很多人看中你的钱搞了很多黑平台出来。这就是为什么我非常慎重选择经纪商的原因，不仅要检查官方网站上的所有公司信息，还要检查媒体，监管网站和其他来源的信息。还有一点是我不想投入超过400美元，而在一批靠谱的经纪商中，只有HYCM接受少量入金。以下是促使我选择他的一些理由。
1.可靠。它同时具有4家监管，其中包括英国，因此这是主要原因。

用户评价FXTM富拓称：FXTM，我很早大概5,6年前就知道这个平台了，用了也有两三年了，平台的工具用起来很顺手不错。跟踪交易体验也很好，支持挺多插件的，运气好的时候小赢了一点，几次出金都是我个人能接受的速度。FXTM富拓总体而言不错的，如果是新手的话可以用它来试试深浅。反正做交易，最重要还是平台得靠谱，这点我还是比较信赖的
也有用户评价IC Markets：IC Markets提供了很好的点差，客服以及各种其他服务，到现在为止我还没碰到什么特殊的问题，总体而言IC MARKETS很不错。

Half-monthly report of FX168 Broker Review（15.5.2020-31.5.2020）: Admiral Markets' customer complaints keep increasing
From May 15th to 31st, 2020, FX168 Broker Review received and monitored a total of 119 reviews from users, of which 90 were positive and 26 were negative. The following is a summary of the user review information for this half-monthly report.
1. Negative Reviews
Among the 26 negative reviews received during this period, there were 12 complaints about the malicious manipulation of the platform that led to the loss of profit from customer orders; there were 5 negative reviews related to withdrawals; 2 complaints about customer service; 1 related to slip points ; 6 other types of complaints. In the past 30 days, users' complaints against Admiral Markets Pty and Forex.com were relatively concentrated, Admiral Markets Pty received 9 complaints and Forex.com received 6 complaints. It should be pointed out that the negative comments of Forex.com appeared in early May and , and there were no negative reviews in late May, while the 9 negative reviews of Admiral Markets Pty were evenly distributed throughout the entire month of May:

Readers who follow the content of our half-monthly report must also remember that Admiral Markets Pty continued received complaints since the collapse of crude oil at the end of April, mainly focusing on the alleged backstage manipulation of crude oil prices that prevented normal spot crude oil trading and charging high swap fees on old accounts. Bought WTI back in April around 20$. I have emailed them on why the price is still around $11 in end May ($20 lower than other brokers). The reply give was Admiral switched to the contract to December 2020 futures without any prior notice to the clients.
After complaints from clients, which is obvious, they have all of a sudden release a new instrument of CRUDE OIL with pricing of $30+.
Clients who have traded on WTI are still left to suffer with swaps that have accumulated as Admiral has still held prices at around $12.
OctaFX:
I was trading on EURUSD And GBPUSDearned 1700$ and after for some rest just went away from screen once i cam back what i see i was logged out i tried to login but i could not i just did my reset password what i see i have 2 standard lots open on Silver thats i never opened in my whole trading expeirance i never traded on silver on silver there is like 300$ spreat etc。i contacted Octafx that this happend they said password changed from you how its possible i do change password and started trading on silver and account washed
i ask them give me proof of device where its login or password changed and they never done this alway looting your money
if you are earning you will not stay long term on octa they will ban you if you are loosing they will send you plentty of stuff to help you customer support this and that

2. Positive Reviews

The reason why users have praised the broker in the past half month has also focused on whether it has a certain historical reputation and whether the deposit and withdrawal of funds is fast

HYCM: When I write "respectable broker" I mean it's a company that can be trusted. In general, this is the basic thing in trading - you have to choose a broker that you can trust, because you invest your money. The problem is that with the spread of online trading, there are a lot of people who go to steal your money and they create scam brokers.
That's why I approached the choice of a broker very responsibly, checking all the information about the company not only on the official website, but also in the media, regulatory websites and other sources. A separate problem was that I didn't want to invest more than $400 and among reliable and respectable brokers only this one accepts small deposits. Here are some of the reasons that made me choose this broker.
1. Fully adjustable. It has 4 regulations at once, including the United Kingdom, so this is the main reason.
2. There's a lot of mention in the media and forums. This indicates that the broker is quite popular, which means that it keeps track of his reputation.
3. Positive reviews.
I can advise - do not concentrate on trading conditions, almost all brokers have similar ones. It's better to choose a reliable broker.
FXTM：
FXTM, I knew this platform about 5 or 6 years ago, and also used the platform for two or three years. The tools of the platform are very easy to use. The transaction tracking experience is also very good. It supports a lot of plugins. When you are lucky, you will win a little. A few withdrawals are at a speed that I personally can accept. FXTM is generally good, if you are a novice, you can use it to try the depth. Anyway, the most important thing is to have a reliable platform for trading. I still trust this point.
IC Markets：
IC Markets provides good spreads, customer service and various other services. So far I have not encountered any special problems. Overall, IC MARKETS is very good.
