一、差评情况
此期间收到的41条差评中，跟出金有关的差评共计19条，点差相关的投诉11条，平台恶意在后台扣款或无故清零账户的6条，客服支持不到位的投诉5条。以下是被投诉经纪商的差评数量展示：

其中，特别要注意的是近期监测到用户对IC Markets的投诉特别多，主要集中在出金延迟，以及着针对3月26日平台黄金点差大幅波动导致用户承受巨大损失的投诉。请用户注意：

另外，FX168点评旗舰店通过非用户点评渠道也收到不同用户对创富国际的投诉，主要投诉集中在资质方面，这一点也请用户警惕相关风险。

部分差评内容：
IC Markets：IC Markets以市场领先的经纪人身份自称，提供了业内最佳的点差，但这种说法并不成立。近几周来，IC的点差简直恐怖。
OctaFX：OctaFX有一个条款，不知道大家注意没有：条款3.11，如果公司认为适当和必要（包括但不包括），公司保留随时退还客户的初始保证金（即客户存入的总金额）以拒绝客户的权利。仅限于由于客户的恶意，非法，不当，欺诈或任何其他不可接受的行为而造成的后果。就是因为这个条款，OctaFX冻结了我好几个账户。
Forex4you：我于2019年6月开始与Forex4you进行交易，并于7月通过我的万事达卡存入了大约7000美元。然后，我测试了出金流程，并成功地从同一张万事达信用卡提款50美元。在接下来的几个月里，我实现了盈利，使我的帐户达到了9000美元。从1月27日起，我开始尝试将余额提取到同一信用卡帐户，几乎每次都被拒绝。我只成功提取了20美元，而我的信用卡上却没有显示另外500美元的出金，该笔出金于2020年3月19日执行。已经过去了两个多月的时间，我试图从帐户中提取全部余额，但我至少被拒绝了4次。我从支持部门和付款部门收到的答案是使用其他付款系统或卡，因为正是我的信用卡发卡银行拒绝了交易，但没有给出任何理由。我曾与我的信用卡公司进行过两次交谈，他们说没有理由不进行交易，因为之前已经提取过其他较小的金额。他们声明没有Forex4you所指的付款部门。 Skrill，Neteller和Webmoney的其他付款和取款方式不向加拿大人提供服务，也不允许加拿大人进行交易。除了告诉我使用其他付款系统或*外，我无法从他们得到任何其他答复。这是不可接受且糟糕的服务。我需要出金，我在许多其他外汇经纪商处都有账户。大多数时候，他们有更多选择，例如银行电汇，BTC等。如果Forex4you不愿意或不愿意对此事做任何事情，并做出某种安排以允许其客户提取资金，那么他们确实值得此审查。

投资者：自2016年以来，我一直在使用ActivTrades，我会说ActivTrades总体上是一个很好的经纪商。
优点：
-存款和取款速度很快，无需在SEPA范围内收取任何佣金。
-点差是合理的。-很少滑点。
-根据ESMA的快速执行时间-零售客户法规；
缺点：
-在询问报告，税收等方面的支持很慢。
-伦敦服务器上的一些经常性连接问题。
-缓慢的执行时间对专业客户不利，大约200-400毫秒！！！ （因为我先是零售，然后才是专业人士，所以我发现这种差异是无法接受的）。
总体来说，ActivTrades还是不错的。

From April 1st to 15th, 2020, FX168 Broker Review received and monitored a total of 80 reviews from investors, of which 35 were positive and 41 were negative. The following is a summary of the investor review information for this half-monthly report.
I.Negative Reviews
About the 41 negative reviews received during this period, there were 19 negative reviews related to withdrawals, 11 complaints related to spreads, 6 negative reviews related to platform maliciously debiting or clearing accounts for no reason ,and 5 complaints about the poor customer support. The following is a display of the number of negative reviews of the complained broker:

It is particularly important to note that there have been a large number of user complaints against IC Markets recently, mainly focused on the delay in withdrawal and the complaint against the huge movement of the platform's gold spread on March 26, which caused investors to suffer huge losses.

Some negative reviews：
IC Markets：IC Markets claims to be the market-leading broker and provides the best spreads in the industry, but this argument is not true. In recent weeks, IC's spreads have been scary.
OctaFX：Octa have been stopped given a latency excuse with no proof just a clause 3.11. "3.11. The Company reserves a right to reject the Client by returning him/her his/her initial deposit (that is the total amount deposited by the Client) at any time, in case the Company deems it appropriate and necessary (including but not limited to as the result of Client's malicious, illegal, inappropriate, fraudulent or in any other way inacceptable actions)."
Forex4you：I started trading with Forex4you in June of 2019 and I deposited Around $7000 USD through my mastercard In July. I then tested the withdrawal process and successfully withdrew $50 USD to that same mastercard credit card. I made a profit over the next few months and brought my accounts up to $9000 USD.
on January 27th I started attempting to withdraw my balances to that same credit card account and have been rejected almost every time. I have only succeeded in withdrawing $20 USD, another $500 USD withdrawal has not shown up on my credit card and it was executed on March 19th 2020. It has been over two months of trying to get the full balance out of the accounts. I have had these transactions rejected at least 4 times.
The answers I receive from support and the payments department are to use a different payment system or card as it is my credit cards issuing bank who is rejecting the transaction with no reason given. I spoke with my credit card company twice and they state that there is no reason why the transactions should not be going through as other smaller amounts have been withdrawn before. They state that there is no such thing as a payments department that Forex4you is referring to. The other payment and withdrawal methods Skrill, Neteller and Webmoney do not offer their services to Canadians or do not allow merchant transactions for Canadians. Even outside of this if money can be deposited with a credit card it should just as easily be able to be credited to that same credit card.

II. Positive Reviews
In this issue of praise, the following three contents are mostly mentioned: high support for customer service, rich educational resources, and friendly platform usage. The most mindful review in this issue is about ActivTrades Plc, as follows:
I've been using this broker since 2016 and I'd say is overall a good broker.
Pros:
- Deposit and withdrawal are fast with no commissions under SEPA territory.
- Swaps are reasonable
- Few slippage
- Fast excution times under ESMA - retail client regulation
Cons:
- Support is slow when it comes to ask for reports, tax, etc
- Some recurrent connection problems at London servers
- Slow execution times are bad for professional clients, about 200-400 ms!!! (As I traded first as retail and later as Pro I've found this unacceptable difference)

III. Industry Highlights during April 1-15, 2020
1. The highly anticipated "I am a trader" - S6 season officially starts on April 1, 2020! The event was jointly organized by the Followme and FX168 Finance Group, and it also united FXTM, Hontelcom Group, KVB PRIME, PRCBroker, and AxiTrader. The event adheres to the tenet of "discover excellent traders, spread excellent trading strategies", and the principles of openness, fairness and justice. The aim is to dig into excellent traders and provide a stage for traders to demonstrate their trading capabilities.
2. On April 3, HFGFX issued an important announcement, saying that due to the recent market environment, HFGFX will no longer continue to provide OTC derivatives trading services to customers in mainland China.
3.CMC Markets has strong transaction performance in the UK fiscal year 2020 (from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 is the UK algorithm's fiscal year 2020, hereinafter referred to as fiscal year 2020).It is consistent with the previously released transaction updates, and full of confidence in the future.
4. March continued to be friendly to brokers with multi-asset and foreign exchange transactions, and market volatility triggered by the epidemic caused a surge in trading volume. The major foreign exchange platforms have reported the strong growth in average daily trading volume (ADV) in March this year. CME Group and Refinitiv have reached their highest level since September 2014, and EBS has reached their highest level since January 2013.
